The bolts above M24 are hot forging, and the bolt hardness can be increased by high temperature spheroidizing, and the tensile strength is HRC32-39, the tensile strength is 1040mpa, M24 is large below. The product can be produced by cold heading process. The product has high surface finish and compact material composition. The screw thread adopts the non-chip processing rolling process, with high productivity, the precision can reach 4h, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.2um. The cost of the rolling thread and the cutting thread can save the cost of 16~25%.
