Prototypes can be produced rapidly by us as per approved drawings or original samples of the clients for ongoing OEM projects, while we don’t just make prototypes, we strive to create extra value to the original design, as our engineer team offers packed solutions to our customers to reduce the procurement and manufacturing costs through applying the latest technology and the integration of our current resources.
Through our prototype manufacture and in house validation process, the mock up components can be submitted to the clients for initial quality approval and followed by PPAP approval and ramp up production. We can supply filter assembly, we can also provide individual components such as the fuel pump seats, and water bowls, in order to help manufacturers reduce costs in OE projects.
