Balancer shaft
The balancer shaft is made of 45# steel, through the forging process, the material is heated in a high temperature furnace so that the raw material is repeatedly upsetting and drawing long to make the forging ratio 3-5 to forge the billet for the balance shaft; then the drawing slope of the edge of the balance axle body and the ends of the billet is removed and naturally cooled to 450-500 C; and then the production is made to make the production. The surface of the product is much smoother. Finally, the heat treatment and machining process are adopted. The product is heated by heat and quenched into the flowing water to cool down. Then the product is tempered to increase the hardness of the product, and the hardness of the quenching is 48HRC.
