King Pin Kit
The main pins are made of 20Cr steel and are carburized, quenched and tempered according to the process specification for the heat treatment, which make sure the high strength of the surface and the nice bending and compression resistance of the inside; meanwhile the pins have the characters of anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, impact strength and wear resistance. When driving, they are hard to break under the huge loading and strong impact.
Horizontal pins are made of 45# steel with chromate-plating have uniform hardness through the quenching and tempering treatment, meanwhile the pins have bright appearance and nice match.
Using fine boring bimetal bushing improves the match accuracy with main pins. The steel back is made of S-level carbon structural steel, with the advantages of nice wear resistance, tensile strength, high temperature resistance and so on. The anti-wear alloy layer is made up of Cu+Sn+P alloy which could efficiently improve the friction coefficient of moving between bushing and bearing. Meanwhile the latest designed bushing has thicker alloy layer, deeper oil groove and longer service life than before.
