Transmission Shaft
The hollow shaft and spline shaft of the transmission shaft are made of high standard 40# steel and 45# steel, and strict welding procedure is adopted to avoid cracks. On the surface of the teeth of the telescopic casing and the spline shaft, the whole coating of nylon material increases the wear resistance and self-lubrication, reduces the damage to the drive shaft by the impact load, and improves the cushioning ability of the product.
