Cylinder Head
The cylinder head is made of gray cast iron and alloy cast iron with good thermal conductivity. The cast iron material is easy to form, has good cutting performance, and has good shock resistance and wear resistance. The large-area plane such as the bottom surface of the cylinder head and the inlet and exhaust surfaces are processed by diamond blades, which improves the surface roughness after processing, and the product has high precision, flatness of 0.04, verticality of 0.05, and position of 0.10. The surface of the product adopts shot blasting process to remove impurities such as surface oxide scale to improve the appearance quality. The engine has strict requirements on the cleanliness of the cylinder head. Our cylinder head cleanliness index is ≤7mg.
