Crankshaft
Crankshafts are made of high-standard ductile iron and adopted with high frequency quenching to the main journal and rod journal to improve the surface hardness and the surface finish. Linking by transition arc reduces the stress concentration and enhance the torsional force under bending to 660Mpa. The main journals can work evenly, and have wear-resistant surface and nice balance. The crankshaft are produced by integrated casting; instead of the conventional process of clay-bonded sand casting, the better air impact molding process has the features of high precision and no rebound deformation, which make over 10,000 times of the crankshaft service life.
