Camshaft and repair kit
The camshaft is made of high-standard ductile iron or 20Cr, through the integrated normalizing process or part of surface quenching process, the intensity and the wear resistance are improved, the hardness can reach 229-302HBW, and the hardened layer depth 3mm. The cam profile and the main journal are proceeded with high frequency quenching, which make the surface hardness reach 53HRC and promise the stability, wear resistance and torsion strength.
