Nozzle
1. Four-axis drilling machine is used to make rough machining of needle valve blank, one-time forming for the middle hole of spray nozzle, strictly ensure that the concentricity, straightness and roughness meet the requirements.
2. Electrochemical electrolytic oil tank: Instead of the traditional technique, the electrochemical electrolysis solve many problems such as the burr on surface and irregular shape.
3. Extrusion and grind: the extruding and grinding equipment is used to detect the flow of needle valve online and make it reach standard with tolerance in ±1%, besides it could get rid of burr on surface to reduce the pressure loss.
4. Flow detection: Flow detection is performed on the finished needle valve body, and the valve body of each nozzle is 100% tested for flow consistency.
