The product is strictly based on the TS16949 quality system to complete the casting and processing process, improve the products’ hardness and tensile strength, the hardness HRC187-250, the tensile strength 187-255mpa. More precise machining achieved depending on the NC Machining Center; dynamic balance test keep the imbalance amount under 25g.cm.
The Flywheel gear ring is made of high quality gray cast iron which has nice wear resistance and low cost. High-frequency quenching is mostly adopted to improve the intensity of gear teeth, which make our product safe and reliable; meanwhile help to reduce the material loss and shorten the heat treatment time.
