The friction facing is made of high quality non-asbestos material. The splined hub made of 45# steel is forged to make its mechanical properties better than that of the same material. The retaining plate/clutch plate is treated by Carbonization. The penetration of the effective depth is 0.15-0.25mm, the hardness is HRC55-60, the strength of the product is improved, and the color of the retaining plate/clutch plate can change into four colors: red, yellow, blue and black as temperature changes. The beating of the spline section is normal, not exceeding 0.05-0.10MM, and the service life of the product can reach 50000 kilometers.
