The bearing is made of high quality bearing steel with good wear resistance and tensile strength. Through the heat treatment process including the quenching and the low temperature tempering, the bearings are heated to 820-840℃; after forging and turning machining, the bearings are processed with high temperature to improve the wear resistance and toughness; strictly the main pins are made of 45# steel, which make it more stable for the wear-resistance performance and the toughness of the core.
